Waterford Crystal Bowls, Vase and Salt/Pepper Shakers - Asking $227

Howard Miller Capulet 610-274 Grandfather Clock - Asking $2,100

• This is a one owner clock, built and purchased 11/3/1984 with serial #: 426858 and never used so it sat in state in Birmingham, Michigan at the home of John E Mitchell for the past 37 years.
• The Howard Miller company was established in the early 1900's to build the finest chiming clocks in the world. Most of their clock movements came from the Black Forest of Germany. The Germans are to clocks like the Swiss are to watches.
• John Mitchell is a very light sleeper and the sound of the "Tick...Tock" annoyed him but the beauty of the clock was so splendid that he displayed the clock in the formal living room with great pride

• The Slingerland Drum Company is a historic drum company that is linked to the rich history of jazz drumming. The company was founded by Henry Heanon "H.H." Slingerland (1875–1946) in 1912. Slingerland had won a correspondence school of music in a card game aboard one of the gaming boats that once cruised Lake Michigan. He then opened a music school in Chicago, and soon turned to manufacturing instruments as well. The company started out importing ukuleles from Germany, but set up its own production because it could not meet demand. Soon, they produced their own banjos and ukuleles and eventually, also guitars (including electric guitars from 1936 or earlier). Production of drums was started in 1927 in answer to the entry of the Ludwig & Ludwig drum company into the banjo market. The first Slingerland drum kits came out in 1928.

Large Universal Furniture 96" Dining Room Set with 8 Chairs and 2 Leaves - Asking $1,100

• The table has a custom made removable "clear plastic" cover to prevent table scratches and stains.
• We are moving to an 1100 square foot home and this table and chairs just will not fit. We are sure going to miss them

MK-101 Wet/Dry Tile Saw - Sold $260

• This MK-101 Pro24 is a great "WET" tile saw with a stand and water pump. It is 13 amp 1.5 HP 3450 RPM saw that cuts through tile and concrete blocks with ease. It can also be run dry by turning off the water pump but wheel life is much better and dust kept down with the water running.
• It comes with a total of 4 diamond blades in a range of conditions. One of the 4 blades is a NEW Ridgid 10" wet/dry segmented diamond blade for masonry and concrete which is $70 bucks at Home Depot (still in the box)
• The saw plus the stand is 130 lbs so it requires a good deal of strength to get it in and out of a truck. However, the stand has two wheels so once you get it on the ground it can be moved around pretty easily.
• The DOC (depth of cut) is 3" so blocks 4" thick or thicker have to be turned over and cut on both sides and then split. It will make diagonal cuts of 18" and the maximum length of cut is 24".
• This is a much beefier tile saw than you can buy at Harbor Freight and has better and bigger bearings and the whole saw and stand can be rebuilt with the parts list in the Owner's Manual and there is Tech Support from MK Diamond Products in Torrance, CA at [phone 800-421-5830 or 310-539-5221
• The present model of this saw is now nearly $2000.
• I am now 75 years old and have had it sitting in my garage for years and I just want to get it to a younger worker.
