Training Management System (TMS)


We have developed a Microsoft Access database to keep track of employee or customer's employee training.  The database stores information on all individuals that require or are scheduled or completed specific training programs.  It is perfect for HR organizations; government institutions; associations and training companies that want to know exactly who needs certain training programs, who has been scheduled to attend specific training programs and who has completed them satisfactorily.  It creates letters, roll-call sheets and a wide variety of reports automatically.

Notice the variety of information provided by the tab choices.  In this example we have Companies, Contacts, Actions, Reports, Notes, Other Addresses, Discounts, Pricing, Orders, Quotes, Cross Reference, Sales, Re-Orders.  There is virtually no end to the information that can be included.  Please note the auto-dialer icon in the upper right of the screen sample for auto-dialing a phone call.  This database uses many "drop-down" combo-boxes to provide standardized input and minimize typing.


 

 

Relationships

Microsoft Access is a fully "relational" database.  This means you can "relate" one table to another for anything in those tables that has the same value.  Once these tables are related you can bring up any information in any or the related tables.

Replication & Synchronization

The database can be replicated by sales person for their use on a laptop and then "synched" with the headquarters master.

Passwords and User Groups

Database security can be set up to limit the users ability to view or make changes.

Instruction Manual
