Directions To The Home

• The furnished home is located in the city of Birmingham, Michigan.  It is north of 14 Mile Road and east of Woodward Avenue.
• Take Woodard to one block north of 14 Mile Road and go east on Sheffield.  Take Sheffield east for about 1/2 mile until it dead ends into Eaton Park.  Make a right on Cheltenham.  The house is located on the left side of the road directly on the park.  For security reasons you must contact us for the exact address.

Rental Policy 

Lease Period
 - We prefer a lease for one year
 - Shorter lease periods can be negotiated

Security Deposit
 - A security deposit of $1500 is requested

Pre Move-in Requests
 - We prefer to get the first month's rent in advance
 - We prefer to get the last month's rent advance

 Other
 - We prefer non-smokers in the building
 - Some pets are okay
