Why create your own material when you can get a license to use our experience and all the content we've created ?

1. What you get

As a licensee you will get our COMPLETE SYSTEM which includes Microsoft Word Files for our Books and Flyers; Master Digital Files; Access Databases for contacting prospects and creating invoices; Diploma Master File; Survey Sheets; Personalized Training; Room Layout Files; Audio Files of Mr. Mitchell doing each seminar; the use of our Logo; and details about how we do it.

2. What you have to do

You will have to pass our stringent qualification testing and provide references. Additionally, you will be required to maintain satisfactory audit rankings on the periodic quality control adherence checks. Finally, you must be in full compliance with our licensing agreement.

3. What it costs

We have a variety of licensing agreements based on the level of assistance that you need.

Assistance Level	Cost
Level 1. - Bare minimum	$5,000 with signing of agreement plus 5% of gross sales.
Level 2. - Medium	$15,000 with signing of agreement plus 5% of gross sales.
Level 3. - Maximum	$25,000 with signing of agreement plus 5% of gross sales.

Notes:

All licensing agreements are limited to specific "exclusive" territories.
All agreements are for a specific period of time and are subject to renewal.
Up-front payments can substitute for the 5% of gross sales payments.
