Do You Do Any Other Seminars?

Yes, we do the following seminars:

Inside Sales Excellence - A course for customer service or inside sales persons. The course focuses on what is needed for a phone rep to be the best he or she can be.

Relationship Selling - A course for anyone involved in outside sales. The class focuses on skills to bring value to customers and how to select accounts and schedule regular visits to them.

Sales Force Automation - A course for marketers that teaches attendees how to use computers and software to generate new business. It focuses on the Microsoft Office Pro family of products and how to use the INTERNET. Additionally, there is information on auto-faxing, merged letter mailings, mapping accounts and using CD-ROMs. Also included are design tips on mass mailings, flyers and bulletins.

Consultative Selling - This is a case-based program for senior sales persons.  The course focuses on developing a business plan for your accounts. The class is offered as a custom program only.

Can I Get My Money Back If I Do Not Attend?

No, There will be a full credit to your company for another program of your choice. You can get a full credit toward another seminar at any time.

Can Someone Else From My Company Replace Me If I Am Unable To Attend?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible with his/her name so that we can make name tags and desk plates. There are no extra charges for this.

Is There Any Discount If I Send More Than One Person From My Company?

No, our programs are an exceptional value at $ 647. The class size is limited to 12 persons so each attendee gets personalized attention. See our fee schedule for discounts on custom programs at your facility.

Do You Have Audio And Video Tapes And How Much Are They?

Audio Tapes: Yes, we have audio tapes which list for $99 for 6 one-hour tapes. These are available to attendees for $49 if purchased in advance. Video Tapes: No, we do not have video tapes at this time.

Can I Pay By Purchase Order (PO #)?

Yes, fax or mail your purchase order to us and we will send you an invoice. Payment in full must be made at the door or prior to attending the seminar.

Can I Charge It With Visa, Master Charge, Discover Or American Express?

Yes, to Visa, Master Charge and American Express. Give us your card number, expiration date and exact name on the card.    No, to Discover Card.

Can I Pay By Cash Or Check?

Yes, simply mail your check or cash to us. We will also take cash or checks at-the-door but we prefer to get it mailed to us and an at-the-door payment will be subject to losing the discount.

If I Cannot Attend This Seminar, Will There Be Another?

Yes, we will put you on our mailing list and inform you of the next seminar. In general, we will do these seminars regularly all year long. We can also send you the dates of this seminar in other cities near you.

How Do I Enroll Several People From My Company?

Please fill out the information on your company name, address, phone numbers and method of payment and then run copies of this partially completed enrollment form for the attendees to fill in the attendee specific information.

Whom Are The Programs Intended For? Are They For New Salespersons?

Our seminars are for both new and seasoned sales persons. They will give the new sales person information on "what to do" and "what not to do" and it will give seasoned veterans new ideas on how to be more effective. Our normal audiences are split about half new and half seasoned sales persons.

What Kind Of Materials Will I Receive?

You will get a course book with over 50 pages of material that documents and provides examples of what is covered in the lecture. In addition, there will be pencils, paper, name tags and a desk name card. A diploma will be mailed to you sometime after the seminar.

Will Mr. Mitchell Lecture For The Full 6 Hours?

Yes, except for a few short role plays. There will be no substitute speakers of any kind.

What Will I Get To Eat At The Seminar?

We will provide coffee, tea and cookies in the morning and pop in the afternoon. You will be on your own for lunch which will be from 12 noon till 1:00 PM.

Will You Confirm That I Am In The Class Prior To The Seminar Date?

Yes, you will receive a letter confirming your attendance and giving you some important considerations regarding your seminar. This will be mailed out about ten days prior to your seminar. We will try to fax the letter to late signups.

What Are The Exact Classroom Times?

The seminar will start at 9:00 AM sharp and run till about 10:30 AM when there will be a ten-minute break. The class will run till about 12 noon and then break for one hour resuming at about 1:00 PM. It will continue till about 2:30 PM when there will be another ten-minute break and then run till about 4:00 PM when the seminar will be over.

If I Am Unhappy With A Program Can I Get My Money Back?

We have never had a person that was unhappy with any of our programs. In the event that this ever occurs we will investigate the reasons why and do our best to rectify the problems. An unhappy attendee would have to leave prior to the lunch break and discuss the situation with John Mitchell prior to leaving. It is possible that a refund would be paid to the company of an attendee.
