1.) Assessment testing of your existing sales strengths and weaknesses using our partner, HR Chally's web tests.
2.) Enrollment in three critical standard sales training programs including "Relationship Selling"; "Inside Sales Excellence" and "Negotiation Excellence" programs at a special rate.
3.) Visits to Mitchell Selling Dynamics, Inc. to be trained on the use of Mitchell's Microsoft Access CRM databases, WinFaxPro auto faxing; Microsoft Outlook for calendaring and auto-emailing.
4.) Working CRM database from #2 above.
5.) Review of all of your promotional materials with recommendations for improvement if appropriate.
6.) Complete set of tapes or CD's for the three programs attended so that the material can be reviewed and reinforced.
7.) Lengthy discussions about your goals and plans with recommendations for improvement if applicable.
8.) Joint calls with you at your accounts in your territory with John Mitchell observing you in action.
9.) Detailed report on your needs and the recommended actions to take.
10.) Follow-on telephone support at no charge.
